Dianna J. Evans

Dianna J. Evans was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2013, and the Idaho State Bar in 2018. Her areas of practice focus in probates, guardianships, trust and estate dispute resolution, trust and estate dispute litigation, and estate planning including special needs trusts. Dianna works tirelessly to ensure the needs of her clients are met, and her experience has granted a unique and fresh approach that clients consistently appreciate.

Isaac Smith

After completing law school at Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Isaac returned to his home State of Montana and practiced in the State Capitol of Helena, Montana. There, his practice emphasized commercial transactions, real estate, elder law, and estate planning. Isaac returned to Spokane in 2020 and continues to practice in the areas of business law, elder law, real estate, and general estate planning. 


Isaac maintains a comprehensive practice representing and advising landlords, property owners, and managers dealing with residential tenants.  His practice also includes removing occupants of real property including trespassers and hangers-on after an owner passes away.  Isaac stays up to date with the extensive post Covid changes in Washington residential landlord tenant law.  Isaac also deals with commercial leases and tenant issues.  Isaac is admitted to practice before all Washington State Courts, all Montana State Courts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana.
